Your orders, wishes and personal information
Here is how shopping, the wish pond, the design workshop and support tools use the information you provide.
Orders and customer support
When you place an order, our WooCommerce store processes the name, email address, delivery address and order details you provide. We use this information to process your order, arrange delivery, respond to support requests and handle order issues. Delivery and fulfillment require the relevant recipient and order details to be shared with the services carrying out those tasks. Contact the support address below with questions or a request to access or remove your information.
Payments
PayPal provides payment fields and payment processing at checkout. Information you enter into PayPal payment fields is processed by PayPal to complete the payment. The store records payment status and transaction references with your order so that payments and order issues can be reconciled. PayPal’s own privacy information also applies to its processing.
Cart and session cookies
The store uses cart and session cookies to retain the items in your cart and connect your browser with its shopping session. Account sessions also support sign-in. Blocking these cookies can prevent cart, checkout or account functions from working as expected.
The shared wish pond
Submitting a wish saves its text, language, submission time and consent record. Wishes that pass the automatic word filter and format checks become public immediately, without an account name. They have no automatic expiry and remain in the pond rotation unless withdrawn or removed. Leave out names, contact details and other personal information.
Managing your wish
Use Your wishes to withdraw a message from public display. Save the private withdrawal link if you want to return from another browser or after closing this tab. Anyone with the link can withdraw that wish. Withdrawal removes it from display; it is not a promise of immediate erasure from administrative records or backups. Contact support for a data-removal request.
Designs and email drafts
Workshop designs and inquiry drafts are prepared in your browser; the form does not automatically send a message or save a lead on this site. Opening an email or WhatsApp link passes its draft to that app or provider. You choose whether to send it there. Closing or clearing the browser session can remove local designs and wish receipts.
Site operation and support
The pond uses a short-lived, hashed network-address identifier to limit repeated submissions; the wish record does not contain the raw address. Hosting, account and order systems may process additional technical data. For questions about your information or a removal request, contact the support address below.
